To facilitate adding you to a doctor’s account:

1. Please have them call our dedicated line at 0800 101 7005 and provide your laboratory name and, if possible, your postcode. Our customer service representative will then assist with the account addition process.
2. Alternatively, if you have the customer serial number from the iTero scanner, or if you can provide the practice name and postcode, you may submit this information via our WhatsApp chatbot. We will gladly add the doctor to your account for you.
